La. abortion rules blocked

Two new abortion restrictions cannot be enforced immediately in Louisiana, a federal judge has decided in a Baton Rouge civil suit. Chief U.S. District Judge Ralph E. Tyson issued a temporary restraining order Wednesday that blocks enforcement before a court hearing on Aug. 24.
